As an online retailer we realise that depending on where you are in the country you may not be able to visit us to see our stunning bikes for yourselves. 

We are so confident in the performance and ride quality of our bikes that if you are not completely satisfied you can return your bike within 20 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

    Bike is paid in full and purchased through The Official Onix Bikes Online Store.

    Offer is on fully built bikes only.

    Receipt must be produced as proof of purchase and returned with the bike.

    Bike is returned at the cost of the customer.

    Bike must be returned in full working order with no faults or damage.

    Onix Bikes must be informed within 20 days of the delivery date of your Onix Bike.
